My teaching philosophy is centered around making mathematics intuitive, accessible, and deeply connected to everyday life. Math often feels intimidating to students because it is taught as a set of abstract rules to memorize. I focus on breaking that barrier by using real-world analogies and practical examples—whether it is relating fractions to dividing food, or algebra to daily budgeting and travel speed. By bridging textbook concepts with things students already see and experience outside the classroom, I help them shift from rote learning to genuine problem-solving. My goal is to replace math anxiety with curiosity, ensuring every student can connect with the material and build lasting confidence.
